Robinson FFA members participated in the 40th annual VA Hospital Farm Day! This event allows our students who are raising an animal to take that animal to the VA hospital for the veterans to see and pet. Approximately 25 FFA members served as escorts for disabled veterans. These students were responsible for helping the veterans travel through the animal exhibits, participate in carnival games, and helping them with lunch. Through this activity our students are able to give back to our local veterans.

Fifteen Greenhand FFA members participated in our annual Greenhand Camp at Meridian State Park. This event is an entirely student led event by the Robinson FFA Officers. During the 2 day camp the officers present workshops about the FFA to help our new FFA members understand what the FFA is and what it has to offer them. The officers also conducted a variety of team building and leadership games to help get the Greenhands motivated to step out of their comfort zones and become a better leader!

Robinson FFA members kicked off the new school year at our annual Messy Olympics! Students enjoyed a meal provided by the Robinson FFA Alumni Association and worked together in teams to compete in a variety of challenging games. Through this activity we hope to muster a spirit of teamwork that will continue throughout the entire school year.
